Consular services are by appointment only.

Consular services at the Indonesian Consulate General in Frankfurt are handled without an in-person visit, EXCEPT for passport services and the certification of powers of attorney. For those two, the applicant must appear in person and must first book an appointment (Termin) at https://tidycal.com/terminkjriffm. Completed documents are not collected in person but mailed back to the applicant, using a stamped, self-addressed envelope supplied by the applicant.
