Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Canberra
Australia · Canberra

Consular services are by appointment only.
Make an AppointmentPassport service visits require an online appointment at https://kbricanberra.youcanbook.me (one appointment covers one applicant). Australia is a party to the Apostille Convention: legalisation of Indonesian documents for use in Australia is handled through the Apostille of the Indonesian Ministry of Law (https://apostille.ahu.go.id), not by the Embassy; the Embassy in Canberra legalises only special documents — an Indonesian citizen's power of attorney, for example — intended for use in Indonesia. Ordinary visas are applied for solely through e-Visa (https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id); the Embassy handles diplomatic and service visas only. Services are closed on Indonesian and Canberra (ACT) public holidays.
