Jakarta – Indonesian citizens (WNI) returning from abroad, as well as foreign tourists planning to visit Indonesia, are advised to complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card before departure.

The system integrates various arrival procedures, including immigration, customs, health, and quarantine checks, into a single digital platform.

Travelers can complete the form online through the official website or the All Indonesia application as early as three days before their arrival in Indonesia. Once the form has been completed, the system will generate a QR Code that must be saved and presented to officers upon arrival at an airport or international seaport.

Who Is Required to Complete It?

The All Indonesia Arrival Card must be completed by:

• Indonesian citizens arriving from abroad.
• Foreign nationals visiting Indonesia.
• Children and infants traveling internationally.

Information to Prepare

Before completing the form, travelers are advised to prepare the following:

• Passport.
• Flight information.
• Address or hotel destination in Indonesia.
• Active phone number and email address.
• Information regarding any items that need to be declared.
• Save the QR Code.

Once the form has been completed, the QR Code will be issued and can be accessed through the system. Travelers are advised to save the QR Code on their mobile device and also keep a printed copy in case of internet connectivity issues upon arrival.
